Weβre on the lookout for an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services across multiple customer sites in the Manchester area. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you'll support frontline teams, ensure we exceed service expectations, and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.

π₯ Lead & Inspire:
Motivate, develop, and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
π Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and team performance while fostering a positive, cohesive work environment.

Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.
π° Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
π€ Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for customers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
π‘ Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans, troubleshoot issues, and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.

Full UK Driving License required β as youβll be travelling across multiple sites.
