We currently have a new opportunity for an Studio Assistant Cleaning Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join Nuserve the First B Corp approved cleaning supplier in the UK for our Sustainable Family Run cleaning Business,

The successful candidate will support the Account Manager in the operational management of the cleaning contracts across a large site with multiple clients, maximising the performance of cleaning teams and ensuring the service is operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.

Role Responsibility

  • Liaise daily with Cleaning Manager on all site and staff matters
  • Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies and procedures
  • Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality and cost control
  • To have an excellent communication and motivation to the site and customers including email and verbal communicating on a regular basis so that team goals can be achieved
  • To document client requests to a good level of detail support the account manager in ensuring they have good Understanding to maintain all payroll and accounts with each client.
  • Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals.
  • Be involved with the completion of recruitment, induction training, development and training of staff
  • Support the identification of training needs and ensure accurate site records are maintained at all times
  • Ensure that all team members are familiar with and adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and Procedures, COSHH, cleaning methods and Site Specific Procedures
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure that any issues highlighted are addressed appropriately
  • Ensure that the Teams have appropriate assistance as required. You may be expected undertake any cleaning tasks as required
  • Identify new business opportunities and raise these with the Accounts Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Essentials

  • Proven experience in leading or supervising a team of 10 or more Employees
  • Strong communication / people management skills so that our clients and your team know what is going on at all times and how you are supporting them
  • IT literacy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Self-motivation

Desirables (Not Essential)

  • A Background in Cleaning Sector.
  • Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Worked in a Film or Tv Based Environment.
